If you have paid, and your course has been approved, then your course can be found within EITHER the course page (where you purchased... they will now be unlocked), or on your profile page. Please login and head to your profile page to view your course. Both links can be found in the top menu.
Yes! You can receive a discount for the online course if you have received the same course in-person. Details will be sent through the Eventbrite where you registered for the in-person class. Haven't received that email? Let us know and we can help.
Unfortunately, we do not offer phone tech support for our online courses. But, if you will e-mail us below, we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours with some written guidance, specifically tailored to your issue.
Purchases & Refunds

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a refund. Once you receive a refund, you will no longer have access to the videos online in your account.
Our online courses are compatible with most internet platforms (e.g. Windows Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome), including your mobile devices. However, we recommend Firefox or Chrome for best viewing experience.
